Paige is currently Vice President Business Excellence at Turner Broadcasting System in Atlanta, GA. She is responsible for the strategy development and performance results of eleven business units both within the US and around the world. Paige has served as President of GCPE since its inception in 2007. Paige has also served three years as a state examiner and three years at the national level using the Malcolm Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence to help organizations across the US measure and improve their performance. Paige holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University in Georgia and is an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Manager and Senior Member.

Malcolm is a thinker and an innovator that blends the “left-brain” side of business with creative “right-brain” thinking. He is the Big Idea Catalyst and creative force behind Teasdale Worldwide, the Agency of Innovation that is creating edgy, effectual strategies for growth and change in the 21st century.  Malcolm is a national and international speaker, workshop facilitator and published author. He is the founder of Malcolm Out Loud Productions, Brink Thinking and Global Arts Movement for Education.

Robert Gray – TBS, Inc.

Robert is a Senior Analyst in Business Excellence at Turner Broadcasting System in Atlanta, GA.  He is responsible for managing the internal customer and employee satisfaction survey processes for business units both within the US and around the world.  Robert also consults with business units on Balanced Scorecards, benchmarking, and metrics development.  His experience with the Malcolm Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence includes five years as an AT&T Chairman’s Quality Award and Examiner/Team Leader and three years as a state award Team Leader.  Robert holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA from The University of Michigan, an MSQA from Southern Polytechnic State University, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
